We use a three-nut mixture (pistachios and walnuts and almonds), combined with exceptional honey, all layered with phyllo dough. You’ll be glad this treat made it all the way from Turkey. This is the best Kosher Baklava I've ever eaten. I already had my mom requesting me to bring it for her birthday. I will be sure to be order this from Gimmee Jimmy's Cookies many many times again. Absolutely amazing!!!

This is a great Baklava! You have to try it. Flaky & crispy on top with yummy sweet layers in the middle. It came caramelized to perfection.. There is a touch of nutmeg and ground cardamom to the nut mixture.. It was delicious. It wasn't as sweet as store bought baklava and that made it so much better. Yummy, yummy. I'm thinking of ordering some to take to a party but it will be hard not keeping the baklava at home for us. Soooooo good! Try it, you won't regret it!

I've traveled the world and eaten baklava everywhere. I have never come across better tasting baklava than this. It was flaky, just the write amount of honey, real nuts, not the paste. It was baked to perfection and literally melted in my mouth.
