SWEET MAGIC SWEEPSTAKES

1.    Who Can Enter the Sweepstakes. This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States ages 13 and over. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2.    No purchase necessary to enter or receive a prize.  Purchasing will not increase your odds of winning. All entries, whether submitted by making an eligible purchase at www.gjcookies.com as described below or via 3"x 5" mail-in entry, have an equal chance of winning.
3.    How to Enter: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 8/27/10 & ends at 11:59:59PM ET on 12/19/10 ("Promotion Period"). 1) Automatically receive (1) entry for each pound (lb.) of eligible cookies purchased online using the corresponding Habitat for Humanity Sarasota coupon codes (which can be found online) during the Promotion Period at www.gjcookies.com/sweetmagic. Purchases of products other than the cookies, or purchases made without the corresponding Habitat for Humanity Sarasota coupon codes are not considered eligible transactions for automatic Sweepstakes entry. Entries from unauthorized card use or made with lost, stolen, or fraudulent credit card information are void; or 2) To enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase & receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry, hand print your name, complete mailing address, telephone number, date of birth, & the words "Gimmee Jimmy’s Cookies and Bakery Sweet Magic Sweepstakes" on a plain 3" x 5" piece of paper & mail it in a sealed, stamped & hand-printed #16 envelope to: Gimmee Jimmy’s Cookies and Bakery Sweet Magic Sweepstakes, 27 Utter Avenue, Unit #C, Hawthorne, NJ 07506. Enter as often as you wish by mail, but each entry must be mailed separately and must be received by 12/19/10. No photocopied, computer generated facsimiles, mechanically reproduced, or mass entries permitted. Your eligible online cookie purchase using the corresponding Habitat for Humanity Sarasota coupon codes and/or your submission of a 3" x 5" mail-in entry constitutes your consent to participate in this Sweepstakes & your release for Sponsor to obtain, use, & transfer your name, address & other information for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, illegible, late, misdirected, stolen, postage-due, or mutilated entries or mail; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission, 3rd party transaction classification or processing, or communication; technical or mechanical malfunctions; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines, or telephone systems; errors in these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; human-processing error; failures of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software; or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by equipment, programming used in this Sweepstakes, human error, or otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any & all entries of an entrant who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Sweepstakes.
4.    Sweepstakes Period. The sweepstakes begins on August 27, 2010 at 12:00:01 a.m. EST. All qualifying entries must be received online or by mail by December 19, 2010 at 11:59:59 p.m. EST. Winner will be notified on or around January 15, 2011.
5.    PRIZE: There will be one (1) Prize (“Prize”) awarded. The prize winner (“Winner”) will receive a two (2) day, three (3) night trip for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Universal Orlando® Resort in Orlando, Florida. Trip will include round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and one (1) Guest from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) to Orlando, FL; three (3) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at a nearby hotel (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Orlando, FL; and 2-Day/2-Park Tickets for both Universal Orlando Theme Parks for Winner and one (1) Guest. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize is one thousand nine hundred and forty-one dollars and thirty-eight cents ($1941.38). If Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her Prize without one (1) guest, the Prize will be awarded to Winner and each participating Guest and any remainder of the Prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. IF THE WINNER IS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE AT THE TIME THE PRIZE IS AWARDED, THEN AT LEAST ONE OF THE TWO TRAVELERS MUST BE THE WINNER’S PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN. All elements of the Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. Specific travel dates and arrangements are subject to air travel, holiday, blackout dates, and other prize and travel restrictions. Trip must be completed within one (1) year of notification or Prize will be forfeited. Reservations are subject to availability. Trip must be booked at least sixty (60) days prior to intended departure date. Travel dates will be subject to Prize Provider and Sponsor approval. ARV of Prize may vary depending upon the points of departure, ground transportation, and/or airline fare fluctuations; any difference between stated ARV and final ARV of Prize will not be awarded. Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, insurance, meals, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, etc.) are included in the Prize and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of Winner. Winner is responsible for any air travel taxes and/or expenses, including applicable departure taxes or fees, inspection charges, and security charges. Once issued, tickets are nontransferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued and stopovers are not permitted. Travel arrangements must be made through Prize Provider. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6.    All entrants and their guests, as a condition of entry, agree to release Gimmee Jimmy’s Cookies and Bakery, and each prize provider in this Sweepstakes, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, brokers, distributors, dealers, retailers and agencies, from any and all liability for injuries or damages of any kind sustained through participation in this sweepstakes and/or use of a prize once accepted.
7.    All matters relating to this Sweepstakes shall be subject to Gimmee Jimmy’s Cookies and Bakery’s sole discretion and Gimmee Jimmy’s Cookies and Bakery’s decisions shall be final and binding on all entrants and winners and their guests. The winner, and his/her guest, will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within five (5) days of notification attempt or an alternate winner may be selected. By accepting the prize, each winner and their guest grants to Gimmee Jimmy’s Cookies and Bakery the right to use his or her name, likeness, hometown, biographical information, and entry for purposes of advertising and promotion without further notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law.
