1. I know what I want, can I just complete an order online?
Sure! Complete the online form and email it to us with your contact information. One of our business service professionals will get back to you to finalize your order and schedule the shipping of your gourmet food gifts. Click here for a sample.

2. Does Gimmee Jimmy’s Cookies and Bakery offer volume discounts?
Yes! Note that discounts may not be combined with other coupons or promotions. Discounted price points are as follows:

* $300 - $500 .. 5% Discount
* $501 - $1,000. 7% Discount
* $1,001 - $2,000... 10% Discount
* $2,001 - $3,000... 12% Discount
* $3,001 +  ... 15% Discount

3. Can I ship to multiple locations within a single order?
Yes! Part of our corporate gift service includes management of your shipping list, no matter how many people or locations are included. It is our policy to provide the highest level of service and satisfaction to our corporate clients. Let us take the hassle out of your gift-giving needs.

4. Do you provide product samples?
Yes! Just contact us to request samples and one of our service representatives will make the arrangements. Be sure to include full contact information with name, title, phone and email as well as a brief description of your needs.

5. Can you insert my business cards & promotional materials with shipments?
Yes! If your needs are simple, we can insert a business card or other promotional item to advertise your service at no additional charge. More detailed arrangements or heavier items may be included at a nominal fee.

6. What are some common gift ideas?
At Gimmee Jimmy’s Cookies and Bakery, you’ll find quality gourmet gifts ranging from chocolate chip cookies and Linzer tarts up to corporate gift baskets. Try some of these choices as a starting point, or contact us for help in tailoring your order to your specific needs.

7. Reship Policy
Q. If the item is delayed in shipment or not delivered due to an incorrectly or insufficiently entered address, will Gimmee Jimmy's Cookies reship the item?
A. Because our products are perishable food items & cannot be restocked once they leave our facility, we cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or not delivered because of an incorrect or insufficient address. Please make sure that the shipping address is absolutely correct before you submit the order.

8. Return Policy
Q. Can I return an item ordered from Gimmee Jimmy's Cookies?
A. Unfortunately, because our products are perishable food items, once they leave our facility we cannot accept returns.
